Independent expert gave a letter to Dart saying that the deal was 'not fair, but reasonable' His logic was that all small oil juniors were experiencing a drop in SP lately, and that dart was equally affected by the drop.
As a result DTE has changed the Scheme meeting to Sept 10th to give people ‘more time’ and they will be sending us a copy of the experts letter.
Recommendation still stands as an accept the offer by both boards. No new offer.
IGAS came out and said pretty much, ‘ok, we see it, nothing new’ Essentially acknowledged the situation.
