Sorry, forgot to mention:

• Independent expert gave a letter to Dart saying that the deal was 'not fair, but reasonable' His logic was that all small oil juniors were experiencing a drop in SP lately, and that dart was equally affected by the drop.
• As a result DTE has changed the Scheme meeting to Sept 10th to give people ‘more time’ and they will be sending us a copy of the experts letter.
• Recommendation still stands as an accept the offer by both boards. No new offer.
• IGAS came out and said pretty much, ‘ok, we see it, nothing new’ Essentially acknowledged the situation.
