the vote still no they have not got the numbers as they want more time to sell it as a good deal,as that the votes of which they have recieved all voted no and they want more time to purchase more shares on market to sway the out come,
the deal does not go through all the no voters to remove the current board no exceptions they all get led by nhc and trying to shaft the shareholders
