When CH4 was bought (with shares) by Arrow Energy there was essentially no premium paid.  CH4  got 2.5 arrow for each CH4 share and 2 options @ 75 cents for every CH4 Share.  The SP fluctuated up and down, but essentially arrow stuck around the 55-65 cent range for months and dropped since the beginning of the year then took off by October of 2006 and never looked back.  CH4 was around the 120-160 cent range.

Dart will not become the next Arrow Energy success story.  IGAS will, and we are the CH4 to IGAS.

That was how NHC got in to Arrow (and DART) in the first place, Through a chunk of CH4.
