Fancy voting yes to something which the expert says is not fair! What sort of brains do the directors have? It's a no-brainer, but it looks like the directors might need a bit of help to work it out. Let's start with the meaning of plus and minus. Goodness they couldn't even do that one. Much too hard for our overpaid representatives. Ridicule is the answer. Give them heaps shareholders. They deserve to be laughed off the board. They must pull the company out of the deal before they do themselves and all of us serious financial harm. Anyone for a court case? peterinib
