    the deal is unreasonable. and not fair.

    If they want to devolved the Australian CSG assets into a new company for a 1:1 share issue, then I will most definitely support that, otherwise stop spruiking absolute fluff about iGAS being the next big thing.

    Dart holders YOU LOSE under this deal.
