You're not the only one freaked out mate. I haven't had it measured but I'm pretty sure my blood pressure is higher now than it's ever been before. I'm really fit & have never had any blood pressure problems but I'm feeling quite panicked right now. Lots of deep breathes to try & remain calm. There must be thousands of people out there like me right now. Luckily, I've never borrowed to invest. Hasn't stopped me from losing 40% plus on my portfolio over the last year though.
