harrydent, I'm almost certain that you will get the 4c if the proposal gets through since you have had the (t+3) before today (I guess the settlement has been on 12-11).

The thing is if the BAM doesn't get through you can kiss your money good bye, but I wouldn't be too concerned about it since I believe the vote will be Yes and you'll get your 4c per share.
