    We have heard all this before.
    Fact is that 63 cents was rejected, the price fell, and the next offer is 95.
    Fact is the company is profitable, and its value is rising.
    If CMI does not pay dividends, retained cash still makes it more valuable.
    Fact is that if the value of the company rises, then share value rises when an offer comes up. The price cant be suppressed forever.
    Everything comes to he who waits....
