if my understanding of this situation is correct then the following is true:
1. Imidro have no right to terminate anything.
2. What they are trying to terminate is the management contract.
3. that leaves ucl with their shareholding in MZC regardless of the status of their management contract?
4. MZC is not being terminated
can i have some feedback on that please?
