What do the RBA and the Banks know ? 1700 plus builder go under 5000 - 6000 homes and unites unfinished .

But grey hairs are spending up big time on RV"s and motor homes and trips.and cruising.
Putting up Interest rate will not stop spending. A Grey hairs with money is like a dog on heat. It will do it what come what may.
