    On a side note, I have wanted to breakout into the CRE space and have finally reached a point where this is an option for me.
    looking at the data, values have increased due to yield compression almost matching interest rates exactly. A long decade plus of good times seems to have blinded thise in the game who assume, all is well as rents will just climb to keep values steady. As a business owner, I know ut doesn't work like this and at a tipping point business fails and there is no tenant. I also worry about the amount of people who may get a review from their lender to lift their equity position and be forced to sell.

    Am I a "nervous pervous" as Ned Flanders would say, or are people blindly walking towards a cliff?
