New mortgages show a significant growth yoy for the second consecutive month (in value terms) : + 13.1 % yoy in November 23, after + 4.9 % in Oct 23.
This increase looks quite solid, as it is driven both by investors and first home buyers : - investors* new mortgages increased by 18 % yoy in Nov 23, after + 12.1 % yoy in Oct 23. - while first home buyers* new mortgages increased by 25.8 % yoy in Nov 23, after + 11.8 % yoy in Oct 23.
Clear confirmation that there has been a rebound of demand, following the supply increase.
