No ,Im NOT getting ahead of myself! 1. I dont know if the last 213 miles of the Middle section of Rex is operational yet. I would be very surprised if its not operating shortly,if its not operating now. 2. The Next section (Rex East) of 638 miles WILL be opened in stages -"It is anticipated that INTERIM service on REX East will begin as early as December 08 and (this section of)the pipeline will be fully operational by 6/09" 3a The pipeline extension (the last 375 mile section) could go into service by late 2010. 3b. The proposed expansion (the last 375 miles) capitalises on the efficient design of Rex and will have a low-cost fuel rate delivering gas to the North East" ( I have read previously that Rex is viewed as an efficient shifter of gas vis a vis its competitors in the area/s that Rex will operate in and who shift gas East-West -there are no or few operators that shift gas North-South in that part of the U.S.)
