You also need to take into account that the market is a forward looking indicator. I believe the market at the momment is already factoring in the "potential" for bad news with the ligitgation and also undoubtedly further NTA write-downs for Edn June 2009. In fact I would anticipate a further dropin NTA by around another 35 cents in total for end June 2009.
