no they won't raise capital.. this is a given..they will sell $15-$20 billion worth of assets... the acquisition of ALCO was stupid and put them in debt.. but they have assets.
it will likely sell its 75% stake in CNA which will net $9 billion
they're likely to flog off Alcan packaging to Amcor for about $5 billion
they can retrieve $15 billion quite quickly..and that's all they need to do.
