I just went through the sign up - easy to do and also got the initial Small Things $250 credit limit which was simple enough to boost to $500 by submitting an online bank statement direct from my bank.
If you want more again you add the Big Things feature but as I am a self-funded retiree I was rejected.
I guess the rub is in the Small Things $8 per month fee charged as long as you owe them anything as at the 1st of each month - not sure what that might equate to as an APR for $250?
