Trump has signed the Omnibus bill with redlined "suggestions".

1) Congress "promises" to vote (post-Trump signing) on increase from $600 to $2,000
2) Congress "promises" to repeal or amend Section 230
3) Congress "promises" to look into voter fraud

The President’s decision to sign the bill means the government is now funded through September 30, 2021.

I wonder what the negotiation leverage was?
