As expected and, of course, great news!

Hope to see EPA issue its Federal Register notice sooner rather than later next week - with 30 day countdown to SML commencing from that date.

Hopefully, the SML will trigger an announcement re a sound financing package and, with that, we should see some very positive re-rating.

The wild card is a possible move by the intervenors to seek a stay. We should have some clues re that early next week as the lawyers for the intervenors were to report back to ASLB by last night as to whether or not they would be seeking more than the standard 5 days (following SML issuance) to prepare an application for a stay).If they seek this. it is reasonable to assume that they will be seeking a stay. If they don't, well that would be good news for us!
