Pre-Liberal party NBN costing estimates are irrelevant. We never got to see how much it would have actually cost the taxpayer to get a full FTTP rollout (can be certain that it wasn't what they were estimating as Govt. estimates for major infrastructure projects are notoriously inaccurate).
No doubt though that, in the end, for the money spent, we have a stinky, inferior product.
