    I'm not sure how your first point is relevant here. I'm all for discussion and differing views. We're not here to simply reassure ourselves, and I wasn't one to beat on you (I've had others do it to me).

    I haven't looked into H2/Peloton, but what you haven't mentioned is CAN provides them with the competitive edge of being the leader in Australia, a market they believe is comparative to Canada and likely to follow in its footsteps. It's not simply a matter or production capacity numbers, it's all about their ambition to be the world leader, meaning having a presence on all fronts.

    A toddler could say that a takeover is likely once BOTH parties have confirmed they were in talks. Conversely, only a fool would say it's a given. The main thing is that the upside is quite screamingly appealing based on the current SP.
