He was saying that CAN shares' recent volatility was due to EOFY portfolio rebalancing. Many that held in IPO from May of 2017 also had their 12 months come up. In hindsight, not surprising it retraced this much from recent highs.
However, I agree that we won't hear anything regarding a takeover by Aurora for a couple-few months. Don't kid yourself though, Aurora aren't content with 22.9% ownership and want it all, and to them, $4.50 is definitely a cheap price.
Basically, risk/reward is crazy good at current market prices.
