    I've just noticed SP today had a low of $1.13. How the heck did this happen? My gut feel is manipulation by big players who knew good news ws imminent. Not sure what time of day update was released in comparison with day's low. Anyone have this info? Big vols today. Massive for CSV and closed on day's high. Wonder what charts say?
