APAC and Shougang have signed up for the rights issue. now just need the shareholders (that's us) to approve at the end of december.
Terms etc look identical to what were proposed at a glance.
Still time for a white knight to come in but I'm happy with this outcome. This means the short term is fixed and the mid to long term look great.
