If you read THE REST OF THE ANNOUNCEMENT, Allco's secured creditors appointed RECEIVERS hours or minutes after Allco's directors appointed voluntary administration.
What this means, is those receivers are interested solely in extracting money by any means possible for the SECURED CREDITORS of Allco, whichver they may be, and regardless of the interests of any un-secured creditors or the possibility of restructuring and continuing the business.
At least thats my understanding.
