"November 6 was a critical date for the company in relation to charges over its assets held by the banks. It is believed the charges can be rendered void if voluntary administrators are appointed within six months of the charges being set, which was on May 6"
I know allco reply with a respond when the SMH article came out, however in legal term. Does notes holder and share holder have any chances..or is it just false hope for us all.
