Well Raub gold recently won a very similar court case run by the very same people that are opposing Lynas and RAPID, and the Government etc etc etc.
That to me is a positive.
A real big one.
Himpunan Hijau were defeated in the court up to the very same tricks they are trying here with Lynas and dont kid yourself it is they that are driving the cart here not SMSL.
HH have the funding that is driving this court case.
So I think that just as they were defeated by Raub Gold they will be defeated here.
So please everyone put a great big bloody smile on your face and take a "glass half full" kind of attitude.
