Sadly I could not agree more. I see the TOL be suspended until after the JR now. The game looks so clear. I was optimistic before although having doubts from the comments I mentioned before I heard VIA a trusty 3rd party (i.e cannot be confirmed as true 100%) that HW beleives LYNAS will probably NOT be operational until mid 2013 and slight chance NOT AT ALL.
I have made good $ from LYNAS over the eyars but I have lost almost as much from my decision to buy back in the 1.40s:) Wanted to believe the dream - now wondering of Chiense games at play or just the market cycle timeframe at play. I.E Most stocks will bottom out I believe mid 2013. Time will tell. I will be at the LYNAS AGM. Hopefully we have a TOL then. I care little as well if we need a CR. In the big picture this is not that important to the overall sp come 2015. Important is we have not been taken on a ride!
