I don't understand how a judge can punish a business, when the court case issue is about whether or not the maly gov, aelb, psc, use the appropriate decision making process, (which they did 8 mths worth of it!!!)

(being sarcastic..) how about this judge proposing to place an injunction on every freaking malay gov decision, and then place a stop work order on every business operating in malaysia?????

because this is what she has effectively done with lyc, she has halted operations, with extreme prejudice!!!, this judge is wat to biased and needs to be attended to and case be thrown out by the attorney general of delaysia!!!!

You have to wonder is she is willing to front up costs of $8M per month cashburn and loss of $$$M in cashflow from first feed, if she is smart she will send this bill to smsl as they are causing the delays in the first instance!!!
