If you don't think the judge will make some kind of (initial) assessment on the safety of unfreezing the TOL then perhaps you can explain on what basis she would make that decision on ?
She is required to weigh up the risk/reward to issuing an injunction, and part of that risk includes (but is not limited to) the risk to the community's health... after all, that is exactly what SLSM are claiming in their request to issue the damn injunction.
The other risk will be to Lynas and the Gov. itself obviously... the rewards, well safety over money I guess...
Her decision is a watershed moment for Lynas and the government... I can not stress enough how stressed I am about it.
Luckily I have a Queensland Government attempting to outsource as much of health from under me as possible so that helps distract me from this concern to far more stressful ones ;)
