Personally, i feel they are grasping at straws, not with expectation to overturn the decision, but rather to plant enough seeds of doubt for shareholders to drive the company into the ground... They have exposed their larger plan on facebook at times...
One of them revealed they would love to see nick curtis lynched at the shareholders meeting (paraphrasing here)... Its all about unsettling the company and financially destroying it because that is the tool they have left...
Next comes physical stuff, which i expect after their legal avenues cease to delay the production any longer... Delay, delay, delay... The long game from slsm and co.
