I'm obviously not familiar with Malaysian law so don't know what/why a JR would trump such a statement, or if we simply haven't got to a relevant point where that statement becomes relevant (i.e. maybe that's only relevant once the JR hearing starts - I have no idea at all, but it would seem to me like abuse of power or the like would be very hard to prove).
