from what I understand and where I think a lot of people are getting confused, well my dad was anyway, the judge herself doesn't make a fresh decision, it goes back to original decision maker, which is AELB yes? my knowledge on what is currently going on has gaps but I agree with what ratsus2 said before, I think smsl know their case isnt strong, they are just utilizing all the rights they have to further delay in the hopes it brings lyc to its knees
I'm wishing I didn't drop admin law this semester, it would definitely come in handy right now!
