It won't take the 'sophisticated investors' (if they actually exist) long to realise they will get better value buying SCE on market if the DD looks OK rather than paying 4 times the market price in this placement - in fact was that the sound of their car wheels spinning to leave just then ?

What a shonky put up this so called placement is - anyone that falls for it deserves to lose their money - the ASC and ASX should be watching this VERY closely...
