    After 5 years, massive capital destruction and a revolving Board room door, the best they can offer is to try resuscitate some failed business from 5 years ago?

    After the AGM, this company will have 4 directors, and no business...just more snouts in the trough

    And the stock is down 22% on a $3 trade today...
