the only part that doesn't make sense to me is why she didn't move yesterday on the good announcement re: completion of production casing, but she is flying today.

In the absence of new information, my best guess is a knowledge gap between the market and insiders (those working on the project perhaps)... anyway, given this mornings trading, things are looking positive.
