I would love to see who voted for Shanes $52 000 for 11 weeks work......note the chairman does not get a casting vote ! Especially if he is the beneficiary....actually he shouldn't vote, is this a direct pecuniary interest.
Pual,calling into question Tom Percy's qualifications,what are yours,other than being someones son in law. Actually none of the directors have been voted in at a shareholders meeting, Paul we know who put you there,and Shane.Paul, also you had your chance as a director and resigned of your own free will or was it so you didn't have to disclose you were a related party to the vends .
