I hate to inject a note of caution but I'm also a long-suffering KAR holder. Their recent continued drilling of their Poseidon structure came up trumps with the results from the Proteus well yet the SP has languished following the announcement. Admittedly, Browse gas is perhaps not as attractive from a cost perspective as gas off the coast of Vietnam but it's worth bearing in mind that lots of these exceptionally attractive junior explorers remain hidden gems, probably until either some form of corporate action, or, until these coys can demonstrate that they have the wherewithal to stick with their finds through to production. Whatever, I can still envisage NEN being a junior KAR at a similar stage of development...my price target is $3.50.
