Mid 30's not so long ago pre drill - now we have a gas kick that was 'so bad' that we have had to deviate the drill + all top target zones are 'showers'. All this just down the road from a major gas producer of quality gas from the same 'kitchen' & we are low 30's !!!! I like the odds :-)
