I have held PDN stock in varried amounts for the past 12 years I have never taken seriously any rumours of take over.
This time its different, due to many factors, deppressed SP price, downturn in U price, Tsunami, japanese reactor, gas immergense constant shorting,industrial action etc etc.
For the 1st time, i believe its when not if there will be a takeover bid formulated, I would give it a 4 week period before we hear something.
The only thing for investors to ponder, is will there be more than one suitor and of course what is fair value.
