scientist10, IMO you are absolutley correct. While PDN has an open register it is fairly tightly held. Someone on here (I think a1) quoted the top 20 as holding 78% down from 80% last year. Those holdings would have been purchases at well over $2.
I wouldn't be suprised to see two of the majors (Cameco and maybe Areva) buy it and carve it up amongst themselves!
