I heard TEE were cool with Gesaf the entity not putting up the cash, as other related parties to Gesaf as individuals were keen on the convertible notes. Annual report held up as they needed an answer on Gesaf before issuing the report.
As previously stated cash was earmarked for aquisition and expansion, and is not required for operations that are advised to be cashflow positive for the last few months.

The recent buying in the last few days, I daresay are the new investors taking up the issue, or maybe some of the issue - either way the 1m block buys coming in knew that Gesaf would not be the ones getting the notes.

I stand by my expectation October will be the month that sees TEE break away.


Hey anone got CHM that delisted a few yaers back? - just found out yesterday I have a bundle of shares sitting at the registry and the stocks trebled since relisting (backdoor) last month - heard they have some pretty good things to roll back in......
