if it opened at 1 cent I would immediately buy as much as I could possibly borrow, but the reality is it will open in accordance with some details on the new investors, which with cash in the bank is better than waiting while Gesaf delay getting the funds in any longer, and earmarked aquisitions materially change in value.
who cares who puts the money up? - I don't.
Anyway Gesaf were a private equity group, of which there were a few related parties, so I would not be suprised if they were part of the original presentation anyway, and have been sitting on the sideline waiting for Gesaf to pull out so they could get it.
If the new investors are announced, SP will open up imo.
The only sellers will be any day-traders being caught out, and that would only be perhaps 1m or 2m shares which is nothing.
