    from there feasibility study.....

"Significantly, the DFS indicates that a capital payback period of less than 7 months can be
achieved with the stage 1 pit, with the operation generating a positive pre-royalty cash
flow EBIT of A$117 million over its initial 4-year life, using a base case sale price of
US$20/lb of molybdenum and US$204/mtu for tungsten. At these base case prices the
project has a Net Present Value (NPV) of A$88 million, an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of
111%, and a capital payback of 7 months."

first thing is mine life of 4 years is very conservative , there only using about 50% of there jorc .......so a increase in mine life will be a formalitiy, the question is how long ? 10 years will be nice, they have just completed drilling and 21 of 25 holes have moly, sounds pretty good..

secondly the price of moly is now $30us, with general consesus saying it will make new highs (prevouisly $40),the supply and demand equation is very favourable.

thirdly the price of tungstan now is about $250us

so the payback could easily be from 7 months to 4 months, pretty good.

fourthly....the chinese are here , and they have a open cheque book, they may want a jv with the uranium as well ,

AND NOW THE POTENTIAL "OTHER COMPANY MAKER"...IS THE URANIUM DRILLING IN NORTHERN TERRITORY,

it has a micro market cap at the moment , but this can change very easily and quckly, which i think it will....
