Read the small print folks -- I have been known to be wrong in the past, but I can see nothing but good in this announcement. This is what we have been waiting for. It's ALL GOOD.
We're already at 6 cents, my portfolio is looking decidedly healthier, and I would not be surprised to see the SP even higher by the end of the day/week -- I won't say how high because I would be TOU'd for ramping.
