Well Well Well a CR aye? Why would any holder sell? So to take up the discounted CR IMO , No? The deal looks (as predicted) a smally interest in an elephant drill , then Ophir have an option to farmin to Senegal , an option only with no obligation. Strategy here would be to get set via the placement and wak out pre spud. A 50 percent chance of a duster and FAR would be almost cashless and an SP of 2c IMO. Ultra high risk play this , but obviously the only deal ME could wangle. DYOR
