Very interesting the commercial arrangement which ME has undertaken. So basically, if a worse case scenario sees Senegal being a dud (e.g. no ministerial approval for renewal of licence, or perhaps no oil being hit) then we still get 10% of Ophir's well. To me this seems like a smart way to increase FARs coverage in west africa.
