The worst part about this announcement, is how management has given away 10% of the company at 7cents.
That's what they must think the shares are worth.
The last closing price was 10.5cents. It's very disappointing, that they couldn't have at least squeezed that out of them
"strategic,professional and sophisticated investors". WHO?.
Is this another way of describing Mates and Family?
