Working Capital to prepare for production with the off take partner, which is pending documents going through a process is my take on it.
Explorer preparing to be a producer on both Nickel and Gold fronts, good first steps in my book.
Note they are not dependant on US funding any more hence Bud gets the flick…….obviously a lot more money behind this awaiting completion of the off take partnership.
