$100k+ is what I would consider a big player which can manipulate the market with ease. In terms of transaction sizes generally they buy up in smaller packages and sell off in smaller packages as to not upset the market. Unless they are trying to push it down or up in which they will place a big buy/sell order just below or just above the bid/ask price.
